This phone based customer satisfaction program allows a caller to provide secure, anonymous information by simply calling a toll free number. This is the most cost effective, flexible way to gather your customer's experiences and employee feedback. The information is then placed into a secure online suite of reports for you to view 24/7.

Call centers can also use this product using the hot transfer method. This is simply transferring the participant to an 800 number to take a survey after your employee has completed their call with them.

 

Web Based Surveys
